Connect with Your Inner Wisdom Check-In

A couple of days ago, I posted about connecting with your inner wisdom. Today I just wanted to check in with you and see if you’ve made time to connect with yourself. If you have, let me know in the comments about your experience. If you haven’t I just wanted to offer some encouragement. If you have trouble making time, I just want to remind you it doesn’t take a lot. You can even get up just a few minutes earlier than you normally would. Having a few moments to yourself to start the day without being pressed for time is the perfect opportunity to connect with yourself!

You might enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and just sit in silence and savor the flavor. Then as you continue with your normal routine and brush your teeth or take a shower, make it a point to just be in the moment. Don’t play the day ahead in your mind. Don’t run lists of things to do. Just allow yourself to enjoy being in the moment without rushing or allowing your mind to wander off to another point in time. Give this a try tomorrow and come back and let me know how it felt!

  1. There are days and days. Some days when I meditate I connect with my inner self and it’s a bliss. But during days like today I am feeling down and depressed. Every single time I tried to sense my inner voice or sixth sense I couldn’t stop my mind. So, I asked myself where is the inspiration? Why I don’t feel so positive and full of energy every day? The key is inside me. I know that if I stop listening to the mind and switch off the ego I will hear the truth, the GPS inside me, which is always right, always lovable and patient.

    1. What an incredibly clear and helpful answer you received! My inner wisdom agrees, the key is inside of you. We all hold it, we just need to remember to use it. May you find the way each day that supports you to turn that key. You’d be surprised, it doesn’t always have to be meditation or this long drawn out event. I find that starting my day each day with a few minutes to myself is very helpful. I encourage you to check out the 30-day practice I’m offering complimentary at the moment.
