The Way You Look at Things

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

-Wayne Dyer

As hard as this was for me to accept and later admit, I’ve found it to be true. Are you willing to look at things differently in order for your life to change for the better?

  1. I’ve just started reading Gabrielle Bernstein’s “The universe has your back” and the first chapter is all about this! She talks about projection being what happens and perception being how you absorb that yourself and that this is what makes us who we are and indeed then affects our actions. Wayne’s quote is so true! Have subscribed girlie x

    1. It’s so nice to meet you, thanks for stopping by. I have that on my reading list but haven’t gotten to it yet. She has a new book out that I’m interested in too. I find this fascinating because I’ve gone through such an extreme shift in my mindset and have experienced the difference cultivating a healthy mindset makes. So happy to connect with you ❤

  2. 110% agree. I think changing a perspective encourages positivity and helps you to see the important things in life and not to be so judgemental! Most people do things for a reason so I try to see things from their point of view when I can x

    1. That’s a very compassionate practice to have. I think it’s easy to come from a place of judgement but taking the time to be understanding takes consideration and effort. We’d all like others to give us the benefit of the doubt so being generous in our assumptions with others is a very kind approach ❤
