Last month I talked about creating powerful intentions. This month I want to build on that. Whether your goals are clearly mapped out or you have a vague idea of what you want, one of the most important things to do is to take a small step in that direction every day. Sometimes we can be overwhelmed by all of the things we need to do to make progress, so much so that we don’t know where to start. Other times we can be at a standstill because we just don’t know where to start.
With a new year beginning, promises of starting over, fresh, and new are on the minds of many. If you haven’t made your New Year’s resolutions, there’s no rush! In fact, I’d like to encourage you to take your time. Consider what you want the New Year to bring you. Where do you want to see yourself at the end of 2017?
