Last month I talked about creating powerful intentions. This month I want to build on that. Whether your goals are clearly mapped out or you have a vague idea of what you want, one of the most important things to do is to take a small step in that direction every day. Sometimes we can be overwhelmed by all of the things we need to do to make progress, so much so that we don’t know where to start. Other times we can be at a standstill because we just don’t know where to start.
Comparison is a dangerous game to play. These days with social media giving you a glimpse into everyone’s lives and phones with cameras so good some people don’t even own cameras anymore you might be lead to believe that everyone is living a perfect life. One of your friends posts a picture looking effortlessly gorgeous with her family coordinated in complimenting colors at an amazing location you’ve always wanted to go.
